What Causes Sore Throat, Intermittent Headache And Ear Pain?

Hi ! I have a very sore throat, internally (when I swallow) and externally, on the front and sides. I have an intermittent headache, and ear pain. No fever that I can detect (no chills or aches, typical symptoms). I ev had this for a few days. I m still functioning ok, but tired and sore in the throat and ears. Not much mucus. Throat is so sore that it is too painful to blow my nose. Should I go to the doctor? Wondering if I might have strep throat...don t think I have had it before. Symptoms worsen as the day progresses.
