What Causes Sore Throat, Ear Pain, Tiredness And Nerve Pain In The Head?

Hi. Wondering what I may have...symptoms are a painful, burning sore throat, right ear ache and nerve shots up the right side of my head (happened only once today) and in general I feel tired. Have been taking Advil which perks me up but then 3-4 hours afterwards, I need to re-dose. Start feeling poorly. I think I have some sort of respiratory virus. What do you think?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Sore throat and ear ache are suggestive of bacterial infection.
You need to take antibiotics to relieve the pain.
Advil is a pain killer which will provide symptomatic relief.
I suggest to consult your primary healthcare provider to for prescription of antibiotics.

Thanks and take care
