What Causes Sore Throat And Popped Ear After Injury?

My daughter just called me and said that she hit her ear on her brother s shoulder yesterday while at grandparents. today she went swimming and she said the same ear popped when she went under water and now hurts. She said that now her throat burns when she swallows. What is this? Should she come back to town for the hospital?

HI
Well come to HCM
The hit of her head and the ear pain during or after the swimming merely a co-incidence and in my opinion this are not related with each other but this seems allergic condition, if I would be her doctor then I would treat this condition with Tab Ibuprofen 200 mg three times in day and Tab Terfenadine just once in day, not to swim till it get better, hope this helps.
