You have done protected intercourse, so chances of STD is very less here...
For sore throat you can take decongestant like phenylephrine and Symptomatic management
Drink hot water for drinking
Salt water gargle done
Avoid excess spicy foods and vitamin C lozenges prescribed
For lip inflammation Multivitamin tablet can be prescribed
To rule out HIV, fourth generation ELISA testing can be done
Consult doctor for your general and genital area examination and accordingly further specific treatment plan if needed
