What Causes Sore Spot On Left Side Of Breast?
developed a sore spot on my left side below my breast. just after eating dinner followed by dessert. l felt very full and breathing feels restricted. After 24 hrs of pain and discomfort IWENT TO HOSPITAL TO GET HEART CHECKED AND RIB XRAYED. ALL GOOD BUT TOLD IT WAS MUSCULAR.

in my opinion it could be muscle spasm or costochondritis
Take tab acetaminophen plus chlorzoxazone to relieve pain and spasm
tab pantoprazole with antacids to reduce the drugs induced gastritis/ hyperacidity
Hot fomentation using hot water bottle is recommended
