What Causes Sore Muscles Along With Shortness Of Breath?

I woke up on Friday in pain in many areas of my body. Thought it was an RA flare up. Have been sleeping most of the weekend and don t have any energy. Most of the pain is gone, but the energy has not returned. Normally pretty active, up and down stairs and back and forth from my house to the house next door many times thoughout the day. Today, walking from one end of my house to the other leaves me out of breath. BP, following walking from one end to the other, was 133/72.
