What Causes Sore Lump On Testicle?

Hi, i have found a lump on my right testical, that i have noticed this past few months, its attached to the side of my testical and is about a pea sized lump that is sore to touch.. it is only felt, you can not see it sticking out of my sack. Somedays it hurts without it being touched. I researched cancerous lumps, and they seem to be small numerous lumps that are visible to see sticking out the sack. Should i get this checked? I have a recent history of cancer in my family, could this lump be cancerous? Thanks

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have some epididymitis or orchitis. You may have abscess forming inflammation or some cancerous lump. You should go for ultrasound examination. If needed go for fine needle aspiration cytology. Then take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
