What Causes Sore Collar Bone?

About a week ago I noticed a feeling like there was something caught in my throat or that my throat was swollen, but no sore throat associated wih this sensation. Also I have noticed that my left collar bone has become sore, not to the touch, but only when I move it. Because of the feeling of something stuck in my throat I frequently feel nauseas and end up vomiting, and every so often I have been having sharp pains in my stomach. I thought maybe I had a bowel obstruction of some sort, but I have been passing stools so I don't think it could be that. Any idea what it could be?
