What Causes Sore Breasts Along With White Discharge From The Nipples?
Hi so these past days I ve been feeling my boobs really soar I feel my nipples really big and as I squeeze it I saw white liquid coming out and I was pregnant before my son is now 15 months and I didn t breastfeed and my milk dryed up now I m seeing milk coming out and my boobs feel so soar &I also this morning as I use the restroom I notice light pink blood when I wiped and as I used the restroom again and I wipe I had no more blood so am I spotting , I am sexually active no protection are my symptoms part of pregnancy or what s wrong with me ?

It might be an infection or something else. I recommend you to see a doctor and do some routine blood tests to see for a possible infection, and a breast sonography.
