What Causes Solid Mass In Between The Navicular And Cuneiform Bone?

On my left foot between the navicular none and cuneiform bones I have a solid mass. It is part of the bone or tendons. This is also present on the right foot too but less superficial. I was wondering if it was excessive bone growth or possibly swelling due to use.
