What Causes Soft Lump On Lower Leg?
I have a soft lump on lower leg. Large when standing and virtually invisible when leg is elevated. I ve had for many years but the last year I have developed sporadic red spots (acne-ish) and the veins around my ankle look like plant roots. Suggestions on how to proceed???

It seems that you might be having Varicose veins giving this problem.
Due to loss of elasticity of veins there might be formation of lump.
There is possibility of having deep vein thrombosis as well.
Consult Vascular surgeon and get examined.
