Hi sir my baby is 2.2 yr. She is active child.but has a problem of level 3 adenoids. she snores at night and while sleeping only.she is breathing from mouth while sleeping, she is not getting sound sleep and snoring sound during day time .she has not suffered from any ear infection yet.but recurrent cough n cold which v usually treat with normal stream n nasal drops medicine not by antibiotics. sir plz help v r not interested in surgery n scared of.

Adenoids are common and at this age, it's very least likely that you need any surgery. So you probably need not worry at the moment about the surgery. However, to improve the symptoms, I would suggest such children use normal saline nasal drops regularly so that the nose remains clear.
Consult a doctor to check if there is any element of allergy affecting your child and accordingly get some anti-allergic medication prescribed. If symptoms haven't improved, I would advise seeing an ENT specialist.
