My teenage son had a small white bump on his pelvic. It went away. Did not blister but did leave a scar. I told him it may have been his man scaping About a week or so later he had one on the shaft. Again very small. Perfectly round like a drop of water, slightly pale, no blister, 3 days later, gone. It does not hurt or seem to have a head like a pimple. No other scars have been left.
Hello. Probably he has developed molluscum contagiosum. It is a viral infection and very common in children. There is nothing to worry. It will resolve on its own.
