What Causes Small Red Spots On Legs With History Of Rheumatoid Arthritis?

I was prescribed sulfasalazine ( 500 mg ) to be taken twice a day on the first week and then 2 tablets twice a day after the first week. I now have pinpoint red dots on both legs and I think this pinpoint red dots are called petechia. I have been taking naproxen dr / ec 500 mg once a day for my RA for over a year now and have no reactions. Do you think these 2 drugs are causing the pinpoint red dots? Please help
