What Causes Small Red Spot On Scalp While Having Basal Cell?
I have a small bright red spot on my scalp that appeared few days ago. I have had basal cell several times requiring excision. I am freaked out again. How do you know the difference between broken blood vessel and basal cell. there is no bump or soreness. Blood is just beneath skin.

Thr kind of ledion you have developed could either simple be a traumatic wound due to scratching or it could even be the beginning of a basal cell tumor .
