What Causes Small Red Dot On The Upper Lip And Strange Breakouts On The Tongue?

I have a small pin sized red dot on my upper lip that has been present for about a year now...i am very eager to find out what it may be...i also have very strange breakouts on the tongue when i fail to brush my teeth for a day or eat something maybe spicy or harsh, it will initially turn red and sometimes it turns white, it is in patch form

hello thanks for the consult wth hcm,,it could be papillitis of ur tongue ,, and small red dot on the upper lip might be a acne or wart becz ur telling frm 1 yr,, kindly consult ur dentist for a check up and treatment,,,hope it helps,,tc
