What Causes Small Protruding Veins On The Lower Part Of The Mouth?

I've recently noticed something on the inside lower part of my mouth. Below lip, right above where to skin connects below the teeth. It feels little lines, almost as if the tiny veins there are raised. When I pull my lip out to check I can't see anything, but I feel it with my tongue it's only on my left side.

Hi..
Thanks for the query..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain small protruding veins on the inside of the mouth that are otherwise not visible can be dilated veins.
You can also be feeling fine musculature that might be causing such a sensation..
If nothing is visible clinically you need not to worry as there seems nothing serious..
At times thick tortuous veins can be palpable in areas inside mouth where there is thin mucosa but it is not a pathology and nothing is to be worried for..
In case of the symptoms exaggerate consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated..

Hope this helps..

Regards
