What Causes Small Pimples On Face?
I am having small small pimples on my face...not red...I was using klm Klin aha face wash...BT later I stopped using tht...which was prescribed by doct. N before my period starts..m getting pimples on my face. Sumtimes my face is clear... Wat to do...how can I get clear face...should I start using this face wash again?

Hi. Only facewash is not going to help you. You need some benzoyl peroxide and adapelene for local application. Apparently, you are having pre-menstrual flare of acne. right? Pyridoxine supplementation is helpful in such cases. Thanks
