What Causes Small Nodules On Right Upper Lung?
i recently had stage 2 kidney cancer. Surgery was performed on december and removed part of my left kidney. i recently had my ct scan and several small nodules were found on my right upper lung. one measured 0.3x0.2. should i be concerned due to my history of malignancy?

the answer is yes definitely the nodules present in the lung can be secondaries from the primary cancer, or they can be a separate disease, for confirming the diagnosis certain investigations like biopsy , bronchoscopy should be done. you can consult a pulmonologist .
