What Causes Small Itchy And Burning Bumps On The Arms And Chest?
Hi.....I have these small itchy and burning bumps that look kind of like tiny pimples and they are on my arms and chest only. I went to DC a month ago for a training and I m thinking the down pillows have something to do with it. It feels better when I put ice or cold water on them. Do you think you might knoww aht it is?
