What Causes Small Bumps On Upper Lip Oozing Yellow Liquid?
I have 2 small bumps with hole in the middle of them on my upper lip... not painful or anything but they are just there noticed it a week ago after baber lined up mustache... when I squeez them yellow stuff comes out not in a liquid form but more of like how chapstick comes out when squeezed from tube... any idea on what this is?

Painful bumps on the upper lip could be due to boils or furunculosis.
Boil occurs due to skin infection and furunculosis occurs due to infection of the hair follicle.
Squeezing out of yellow colored fluid from the lesion could be tissue fluid oozing out from the lesion.
These lesions are most probably infective thus you require an antibiotic ointmnt over these lesions and if infection is widespread, oral antibiotic too.
