What Causes Small Brown Spots On The Lower Legs And Upper Thighs?

I have small scales or brownish round skin spots, looks like candle wax drips, on upper thighs, lower legs&anlkes, I can scratch them off, & scrub them off. They come back, at first it was just some, now its hundreds.they are mostly raised. What is this?

Hi,

The skin lesions you describe to be brown could be sun spots. But if they are like brown waxy dropping like spots, they can be seborric keratosis, a hypertrophy of upper layer of skin which slowly grows in a warty surface. You need to consult a skin specialist to pin point the cause followed by needful treatment.
