What Causes Small And Soft Bump Close To Groin Area?

Hi. I am a 53 yr old male, and I just noticed a small bump where my upper left leg connects to the hip bone area, and it is located a little closer to my side than to the grown. I also notice that this bump moves with skin. So if I stretch the skin the bump is no longer in the same position. There is no pain associated with the bump, and it is almost visually undetectable. It is not hard like bone. What could this be.
