General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

So far as symptoms narrated here, there can be some neurological lesion or else in conduction pathway of motor nerve at spinal or cranial level which has to be elicited by detailed physical examination and reflexes of the body.

I would like to assist further at anytime.

Regards.
