What Causes Slow Follicle Growth?

hello! My age is 25 and I have a slow follicular growth. my the maturing follicle in my right ovary was 4mm on 10th day of my period and on left ovary was 5mm. what can i do to increase the growth of follicles to mature and get in ovulation as I m trying to get pregnant.

By your history and description, possibility of deficiency of FSH (follicular stimulating hormone) is more in your case.
This hormone is essential for follicular growth, maturity and ovum production.
So better to consult gynecologist and get done FSH levels.
This will tell you about severity of the deficiency.
You may need injections if deficiency is severe.
