What Causes Slightly Yellowish Skin?

ive been noticing a slightly yellowish tint to my skin that seems to intensify during intense work outs, I have a sliding hiatal hernia and am also on warfarin for PEs that I had a could years back, have had my liver, pancreas and kidneys checked. Also have been tested for stds that can cause yellowing. any ideas?

You have not mentioned the particular area which became yellowish tint, it may some time difficult to judge without knowing the site of yellow pigmentation, this is nothing to take with hiatus hernia, and medicines that you are taking, your detail query would be appreciated, take care. ( If this is the whole body skin you are talking about then this is very unlikely for any disease but this could be just nonspecific), take care.
