Hi i have my implant place a year ago. And few days ago i have bit of blood i thought its period but it last that long and today i feel likes my nipples are painful and tender. I need help why this is happing? I am worried i donot want to get pregnant

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Birth control implant is known to cause some of the side effects once in a while.
Some of these include spotting and breast tenderness, which you are experiencing. You need not be worried about it much as of now.
Consume plenty of fluids. You can take symptomatic treatment for the same and wait for another couple of days and give a chance to subside.
In case it doesn't get better and makes you bothersome, you need to seek medical help.
