Hi,

You are right sleep is very necessary for good health. Initially we try with sleep hygiene that is avoiding sleep at day time. Fixing time and place of sleep. Switching light-offs and not using mobiles before sleep. Avoiding stimulant like caffeine or Alcohol late.

Hopefully this would work, otherwise, you should see your doctor who would assess you and also can prescribe some drugs if needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
