What Causes Sleeplessness In A Person Suffering From High BP And Diabetes?
Hi Doctor, My Mother is not able to get sleep in nights. She is suffering from High Blood Pressure & Diabeties. I just want to enquire if I can take help of yours.She used to have sleeping pills of 0.25 mg earlier which she has increased to 0.5 mg after a doctor consultation. After this also she is not getting sleep. Please help me for the same.

I really appreciate your concern, such insomnia is very likely when patient is having hypertension and diabetes, continue giving the prescribe medicine but care need to be taken that the dose of this medicine must not be exceeded, she may be in need of some moral support such support could be very helpful for her in bringing the natural sleep, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
