I seem to constantly be tired, I ve tried sleeping more, then sleeping less but left to my own devices I can sleep around 12 hrs straight. I can hardly even sit without feeling the urge to lay my head down. I often have head aches, and random sore throats that last a day or two then they are gone. Every once in awhile for a couple of weeks I ll feel fine then go right back to being foggy tired and unfocused, sometimes I completely forget simple things. Is this something I should be worried about or a way I can change this?
