What Causes Slanting Of Neck After An Injury?

In a wrestling tournament yesterday, I suffered some kind of neck trauma that I didn t feel until we began the trip home. It progressively got worse until by midnight, the pain was unbearable. This morning, it hurt to look in any direction to the right and it felt painful on the right of my neck to be still along with the pain of turning. Earlier tonight, I looked in the mirror and noticed my neck is slanted and my shoulders seem to be not level. What s wrong with me?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern this could be muscular injury may be pulled of muscle is very likely neck should be kept under the resting position and for the pain following medicine can be tried
1) Tab Acetaminophen+Diclofenac + Chlorzoxazone once in day
if this symptoms does not improved then this need to be investigated, take care.
