What Causes Skipped Heart Beats?

I saw cardiologists to day and they ran two type test on me. One was for two days with the heart holter and the other was echo gram because I can feel my heart skipping. My doctor told me it actually extra beats and said I could take magnesium supplement and this pill called Diltiazem. What your opinion on this???

All of us have several extrasistols during day and night.They tent to be more frequent during stress ,fear,anxiety.
First of all I would ask what's your age and gender and if u have any heart condition.
