Hello I am Swati. Im having a chronic Psoriasis which has triggered and spread all over.my body since few months. My breast skin has become paper thin like plastic & old age wrinkled type. There s lots of scaling over the dead or affected skin leisons. Its aweful to bear such a condition. My liver tests didnt come good,.So I wasnt prescribed any methotrexate nor any bilogics & immunosuprressent drugs because the doctor told that it was unsafe to start drugs on me because of their potential side effects. Please confirm me the possible reasons behind my skin thinning like a paper & wrinkling ? Is it all due to Psoriasis only or can there be any other cause as well ? Please advice me that how should I go about treating it ? What are the dos and donts to be followed ? Also, recently I passed out some Ascaris worms and was shocked to see and know that I had caught worm infection. So is there any corelation between the worm problem & my psoriasis ? What treatments should I follow for both ? The treatments that should be 100% safe with no side effects ever ? Because I am about to get married and start my family soon. My guy is waiting for me. With thes diseases & treatments of mine, is it advisable for me to marry and bear children ? Or will the ailment keep recurribg once I stop medication ? Or will the medicines or the disease pass onto the chiekd genetically ? So sould I drop the idea of marrying or can I ? What precautions to take, so that It doesnt get spread from.me ?
