If I was your treating physician I would have prescribed you Clarithromycin antibiotic class of drug (needs prescription from local physician), plus Ibuprofen by mouth, plus Loratadine by mouth. Also add Saline Nasal Spray to keep the area moist and avoid dryness. It will all be ok and you will be doing good in a couple of days. If ever you feel the aforementioned treatment isn t working any more for you, consult an Ottorhinolaryngologist. But this is very less likely that you may need this.
