What Causes Skin Discoloration After Getting Periods?

Hello Doc! I have an issue for my daughter. She is 17 now. When she was 10 she got her periods and with the onset of this her skin colour and overall complexion got darker. Just for your information she has jaundice around six months back. We got her all the relevant test done but could not find any abnormalities. Our endocrinologist has said the change in complexion and roughness of skin on shoulders and some part of back could be because of increase levels of melanin. Her immunity is also weak though her physique is good. Offlately she got tested for IeG and her levels are found to be very high 2500+. Doctors has told us that she is allergic and has prescribed medication like defacort and Allegra. Could you please suggest some thing to improve her skin condition and immunity. Regards Mangesh 0000
