What Causes Skin Cuts On The Penis?

HELP! THE FORESKIN AROUND MY PENIS SEEMS TO BE CRACKING AND CAUSING SMALL CUTS. I WAS RECENTLY DIAGNOSED WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES AND WAS PUT ON METFORMIN 850MG S ALONG WITH GLIPIZIDE 10MG S, AND I ALSO HAVE HIGH CHOLESTEROL AND WAS PUT ON SIMVASTATIN 20MG S FOR THAT. I AM NEW TO THIS WHOLE NEW SCENE OF TAKING BETTER CARE OF MYSELF AND IT IS REALLY HARD BUT IM TRYING MY BEST. I RECENTLY MET THE NEW LOVE OF MY LIFE AFTER LIVING THE SINGLE LIFE FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS. WE MOVED IN TOGETHER AND THE PROBLEMS WITH THE CRACKING ON THE FORESKIN BEGAN. ITS CAUSING MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH MY LIL FRIEND DOWN THERE. PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP?
