I understand your concern.
Generally, there could be little variation in size and shape between right and left testis. Commonly, left testis is placed slightly lower than the right in
scrotum.
Since you have noticed the other way round and with difference in size, I would like to advise you to take an
ultrasound scan of scrotum.
This could have enclosed due to inflammation or infection of testis, or due to collection of fluid around testis called 'hydrocele'.
Ultrasound scan would give a picture of what it could be due to.
In the meantime, please give proper scrotal support to prevent testis from sagging down.
Kindly consult Surgeon with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
