What Causes Shrinkage In Testicles During Intercourse?

Periodically my right festival hurts & while having sex my festival try s to go up into my abdominal area & I have to push on it to keep it from going up & now I m having lower back with it also...what could be wrong is this a sure sign of Testicular Cancer or could it just be a Hernia?

it is not a testicular cancer. it is a developmental anomaly of descending or ascending testes as at times testes remain undescended at abdominal level and it can be manipulated for descending. it can not be called hernea. it can be diagnosed by local examination. it is remnant of developmental route. at times it remain undescended but function normally.
