What Causes Shortness Of Breath With Pain In Shoulder And Back?

Hello, I have been having some trouble with shortness of breath, especially walking up stairs, I have had severe to dull pain in my upper right shoulder and back area that shoots pain into my arm, armpit, and chest, and I feel weighted on my chest. I checked my blood pressure and it was 95/74 with a resting bpm of 86. So that all looks fine, but I don t know what could be causing this ill feeling. I am fatigued and sluggish...hot and cold flashes....just overall ill feeling. Also, I have an odd feeling in my abdomen that adds to my overall discomfort.
