General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. As per your history, Please find my advice below-:As you have not mentioned the name of the disease so -
1)Do full blood count with differential
2)Do an ECG & ECHO & chest X- ray.
3)Correct iron deficiency by injection.
If these tests are done then no need to repeat it once again.
If valve problem found in the investigation then nothing to be worried it will be easily repaired.
I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me.
Wishing you all the best.
Thanks,
I find this answer helpful
