What Causes Shortness Of Breath While Suffering From Congenital Heart Disease?

I have Congenital Heart Disease. Two holes between the chambers were repaired but I had some discomfort in the Tricus pid Value which is deformed. I ve been having shortness of breath since the first discomfort. The discomfort has happened a couple more times but less discomfort. However, the shortness of breath while at rest has been getting worse. I had LOTS of tests run after the first episode to no avail. Everything was normal. I hesitate to go back so they can tell me everything is okay again. Do you think the Tricuspid Value is malfunctioning? YYYY@YYYY
