General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

A clinical evaluation is must need to evaluate short breath, stomach discomfort and dizziness; though I can suggest that low hemoglobin and anxiety are two most common causes of the same. You are requested to share your all reports as scanned copies during follow up discussion of the issue for better guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
