What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Wheezing On Exertion?
I exercise (cardio, walk, etc) at least 3-4 times weekly. Also, I hike often. Yesterday I was hiking Mt. Monadnock (which I done many times in the past) and I couldn t catch my breath. I was actually wheezing at one point. I could only go about ten steps before I had to rest. This is all very unusual for me and I m concerned as to what it may be.
