What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Weakness In Arms During Pregnancy?

I am 30 weeks Pregnant and I am having some very strange moments where I am short of breath and weak and my arms feel very heavy, I have to lay down moat times as feel slightly dizzy with it???

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns about.
Shortness of breath can be due to enlarged uterus compressing the lungs , or can be due to any heart or lungs pathology.
Heaviness in the arms can be due to generalized weakness.
I would suggest you to consult a cardiologist for getting properly examined, investigated including echo done and get appropriate treatment.
