What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Dizziness?

I am a 51 year old woman. I had an upper respiratory infection about a month ago. Since then I have been having shortness of breath and dizziness - so severe I took myself to Urgent care last week and was diagnosed with Bronchitis Acute. I was given a Z pack for 5 days and bendotanate for the cough. Then yesterday - the day after I took the last z pack pill - I got another dizzy spell and shortness of breath so severe I again took myself to urgent care and was given a Prednisone for 5 days. The doctor said she doesn t know whats causing the symptoms. My oxygen is good, my chest sounded clear. An EKG looked fine......what is going on?

I think you should consider doing an effort proof because I think this comes from the coronary heart disease not from bronchitis.
Take care.
