What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Chestpain?

I have shortness of breathe chestpain I cant hold a sentence out oh breathe went to er two days aho stayed over night took a test egogram I guest they said its nothing wrong amd sent me home with a blood thinner an inhalater and some durelic pills I still can barely talk walk and too short winded

Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion you are having coronary artery disease (CAD).
Since you are not improving even after drugs like inhalers, blood thinners and diuretics, possibility of coronary artery obstruction is more.
Your symptoms are also favouring CAD more.
So better to consult cardiologist and get done
1. Stress test
2. Coronary angiography to rule out CAD.
If all these are normal then get done PFT ( pulmonary function test ) to rule out bronchitis.
