for the past month I ve been having shortness of breath when walking 3 to 5 flights of stairs and weezing, my chest gets tight and will have pain. Also, I present for my job and during my presentations I will cough occasionally and sometimes resulting in a coughing attack. When speaking more is when it will become more obvious. it feels almost as if there is acid in my throat at times. When sleeping or relaxing its less noticeable, but when I try to be more active or my heart rate increases is when I really notice the chest pain and weezing
