What Causes Short Tempered Nature?
Right now, I'm really hot-tempered today and I've been getting angry really easily. Like today when my phone wouldn't work properly, I hit it and wanted to throw it. I've also been swearing at something so little and got very annoyed. Do I need angry management or it's just because I'm really stressed?
