General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your symptoms of short period increased apatite dizziness noxious mood swings and a feeling of something in the abdomen I will suggest possible psychologic disorder called post traumatic stress disorder

In view of this please do a pelvic scan and see a psychiatric specialist for further clinical assessment and adequate drug treatment

I hope this helps Regards
