What Causes Shooting Pain In Lower Abdomen While Carrying Heavy Things?

I am a 62 yr old male, weight 180 lbs, 5 7 . When I pick something up that is heavy, I have a pain shoot across my lower stomach area, from one side to the other. Now it s taking a while for it to go away. It s happening every time I do some lifting and I try to be careful and lift things properly. What is this pain?

abdominal muscle mainly responsible for lifting heavy object with time these muscle becomeexhausted,as u r 62yr old so muscle become hypotonic,so do some daily basis small exercises and eat protein diet as maximum..
